Material Information
Velvet: Velvet is a fabric with short, dense fibers, usually made from silk, cotton, or synthetic materials. It has a soft, smooth texture and a rich, glossy appearance. It is known for its density and softness.
Plywood: Plywood is a composite material resembling wood, made from recycled plastics. It is commonly used for outdoor furniture such as tables, chairs, loungers, and benches. It is extremely weather-resistant.
Inox (Stainless Steel): This material is a common name for stainless steel, an iron alloy with a high chromium content (at least 10.5%). Chromium gives the steel its corrosion resistance by forming a thin, invisible oxide layer on its surface. Stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion and does not easily rust when exposed to water or moisture. It is easy to keep clean and resistant to various cleaning chemicals.
Maintenance Instructions
Velvet: Use a soft brush or your vacuum cleaner’s soft brush attachment to gently clean the velvet. For stains, wipe with a soft cloth and lukewarm water, but rub very gently to avoid pushing the stain deeper. Rinse the area well with clean water and let the fabric dry away from direct sunlight.
Plywood: Begin by removing dust and debris from the plywood surface with a soft cloth or brush. You can also use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment for better results. For deep cleaning, use a soft cloth dampened with water and mild detergent or soap. If the plywood is used outdoors or in high-humidity areas, apply the appropriate finish or cover to protect the surface from further damage.
Inox (Stainless Steel): Clean regularly with a damp cloth and mild detergent or soap. For dry cleaning, use a soft microfiber cloth or simple paper to remove dust.

A way to judge a business is on the way they deal with problems.
I ordered 4 chairs and a table. All arrived within time so no problem there. Chairs were good. The table sadly was the wrong colour and damage on the leg. It wasn’t their fault it was from the manufacturer. The replacement was swift and service was professional.
Very happy with the quality and service.
Definitely recommend and will use again.
I wouldn't take much notice of the bad reviews. Can’t please everyone and I’m doubtful they are all legitimate.

Ordered some living room furniture shortly before xmas. Delivery was a little bit longer than their average time, but I expected that with all the public holidays. Furniture was in the sale and I am so impressed by the quality! Looks exactly like pictures and exceeded our expectations.
When I reached out to support to query something on a weekend I was very surprised they messaged me back immediately. Even out of hours. Great service!
