- Unused, in its original packaging (box, plastic, foam) with no damage or tears.
- Include all original items (manuals, warranties, etc.).
You must provide the original purchase receipt.

Refund Process:

If the item or packaging is damaged, only 80% of the value will be refunded. To avoid this, send us a photo of the item before returning.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
