Material Information:
- Melamine (LPB): LPB (Low Pressure Melamine) melamine is a synthetic material widely used in surface treatment of chipboard in furniture and surfaces manufacturing, prized for its durability and easy maintenance. It is applied to substrates like MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or OSB (Oriented Strand Board) to produce resilient surfaces.
- Chipboard: Chipboard, also known as particleboard, is a composite wood material made from small wood chips, usually pine or fir, bonded together under high pressure and temperature with resins. It’s extensively used in furniture construction, internal surfaces, and structural applications. Manufactured from recycled materials, it’s resistant to warping, abrasion, and other natural wear.
Maintenance Instructions:
- Melamine (LPB): To remove stains from the surface, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stains are removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it’s important to protect it from water.
- Chipboard: For cleaning chipboard, you can use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive water usage and ensure the surface is dry after cleaning.
