Right to Return Products

You can return any product bought from our online store within 14 calendar days of receiving it if you change your mind. Here’s how it works:

How to Return:

• You can return the product directly to our facilities or send it back at your own expense.

Conditions for Returns:

• The product must be in its original condition:
  • Unused, in its original packaging (box, plastic, foam) with no damage or tears.
  • Include all original items (manuals, warranties, etc.).
• You must provide the original purchase receipt.

Refund Process:

• If the item or packaging is damaged, only 80% of the value will be refunded. To avoid this, send us a photo of the item before returning.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:

Fill out a withdrawal form and email it to [email protected]. We’ll confirm receipt of your return request and provide instructions.

Exceptions

Returns are not allowed for:

• Unsealed health-related products (e.g., mattresses, pillows, linens).
• Used or assembled items.
• Made-to-order products.
• Items purchased with an invoice for professional use.

Defective Products

• Before checkout is completed: Remove items from your cart at any time.
