Material information:
- Chipboard: Chipboard is a composite wood material made from small pieces of wood, usually pine or fir, bonded together under high pressure and temperature using resins. It is widely used in furniture construction, interior surfaces, and structural applications. Made from recycled materials, it is resistant to warping, abrasions, and other physical stresses.
- Melamine (LPB): Low Pressure Melamine (LPB) is a synthetic material widely used in the surface treatment of chipboard in furniture and surfaces due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied to substrates like MDF or OSB plywood to create durable surfaces.
Material maintenance:
- Chipboard: For cleaning chipboard, use a soft cloth slightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive water and keep the surface dry after cleaning.
- Melamine (LPB): Melamine is one of the most commonly used materials in furniture. To remove stains from the surface, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from water.
