Material Information:

Maintenance Instructions:

PU Leather: Use a soft cloth to remove dust. For stains, use lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry with a soft cloth to avoid watermarks.
Metal: For indoor metals, dusting or wiping with a damp cloth periodically is recommended.
Melamine (LPB): Remove stains with a soft cloth, lukewarm water, and mild soap. Protect from water as melamine is sensitive to moisture.
MDF: Clean with a soft dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Protect from moisture and avoid strong cleaners or chemicals as they can damage MDF.
Chipboard: Clean with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive water and keep the surface dry after cleaning.

You must provide the original purchase receipt.

Refund Process:

If the item or packaging is damaged, only 80% of the value will be refunded. To avoid this, send us a photo of the item before returning.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
