Right of Withdrawal from Distance Contracts under Law 2251/1994 (as amended by Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013) – Product Returns
The Customer has the right to return products purchased from our online store if they change their mind, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving them. The Customer may return the products directly to the main facilities of Argos The Classics or send them at their own expense to the same address. For any online order returns, the Customer must first contact our Customer Service, either by phone at 96592277 or by email at [email protected]. Specifically, the Customer can exercise this right to return a product bought from the online store www.argostheclassics.com without specifying reasons, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery or collection (when the Customer has selected “store pickup”), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the sale (“Withdrawal”).
This right of withdrawal is unconditional, and the Customer must return the product in exactly the same pristine condition as received. Specifically, the returned product should not have been used, must be in excellent condition as prior to sale, in its full original packaging (box, plastic, foam, which should be intact without tears or damage), and with all original packaging contents (instruction manuals, product specifications, warranties, etc.). To accept a return, the original purchase receipt (retail receipt or invoice) must be shown, bearing the purchaser’s details.
If inspection reveals any damage to the item or packaging, a refund of 80% of the original value will be credited. To avoid this, please send a photo of the packaged product before return.
The withdrawal declaration is made in writing by filling out the relevant form and sending it to [email protected]. Argos The Classics is required to confirm receipt of the withdrawal declaration in writing as soon as it is received.
The Customer must return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date they notified Argos The Classics of their withdrawal. Returns should be sent to the COMPANY’s main location at 042 Sieraton Viomixania, Ftth Kamar 042 Everest 05.
After receiving and inspecting the product for damage, Argos The Classics will refund the price received. If payment was made by credit card, Argos The Classics, having received the funds from the bank, will inform the bank to cancel the transaction, after which the bank will act accordingly. For products purchased on installment, refunds are processed in installments. Argos The Classics is not required to provide a lump-sum refund.
If the Customer chose “warehouse pickup” and paid on-site, the refund will be processed by bank transfer or as a credit note for future use. The refund will be completed within seven (7) business days from the time Argos The Classics receives the returned item.
Delivery costs and shipping fees are not refunded unless the Customer arranges return delivery with a transport company of their choice or returns the item directly to Argos The Classics‘s central facilities. In such cases, shipping fees for the initial delivery are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following cases:
Products unsuitable for return for health reasons that were unsealed after delivery, such as mattresses, pillows, and linens.
Used products.
Assembled products.
Products marked as “Made to Order” and manufactured exclusively for the customer’s order.
Return of Orders with Invoices
Orders billed with invoices are not eligible for return due to withdrawal. All invoice purchases are contractual agreements between two parties for acquiring products intended for professional, not personal, use. Provided the seller shipped the correct product, free of manufacturing defects, the agreement does not allow withdrawal.
Claims for Defects or Lack of Agreed Qualities
The right of withdrawal does not cover defective products or those lacking agreed qualities, which are covered under separate warranties.
Supplier Responsibility and Warranty
Argos The Classics offers a 2-year warranty for all products bought online or from our stores, starting from the initial purchase date. The warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, misuse, lack of cleanliness, or external impacts like scratches. For inquiries, please contact Argos The Classics support at 96592277.

Without limiting the provisions for Withdrawal, order cancellation can be made in the following cases:
Before the order is completed: During the online ordering process, you can go back by clicking “back” and remove items from your cart by clicking the “delete” button for each product.
If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped: You may call us at 96592277, and one of our representatives will handle the cancellation of your order.
