Material Information
PE Rattan: A popular material that imitates natural rattan, used in furniture and accessories. It is made from polyethylene, a durable synthetic polymer resin that is weather-resistant, does not deteriorate from sun or rain, and does not fade, while also being environmentally friendly.
Metal: Widely used in furniture construction, metal offers several advantages over other materials. It is highly resistant to wear, making it ideal for furniture intended for daily use in demanding environments. It retains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity in furniture. Additionally, metal can have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).
Cushion Fabric: Fabric is a versatile material made by weaving, knitting, stitching, or bonding fibers. These fibers can be natural, like cotton, wool, or silk, or synthetic, like polyester or nylon. The weaving of fibers creates a network that gives the fabric its properties, such as strength, softness, breathability, and elasticity. There are countless fabric varieties, each with its unique characteristics and uses.
Care Instructions
PE Rattan: Easy to maintain and clean, requiring simple washing with water and soap.
Metal: For any indoor metal, regular dusting or wiping with a damp cloth is recommended. However, for outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
For longer-lasting protection, apply a protective cream, easily available from commercial stores.
If your furniture is treated and painted using powder-coating (electrostatic painting), it is very durable and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
If your metal furniture is not electrostatically painted, take extra care to keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover it with special covers, and if possible, store it indoors during the winter.
If you notice rust, remove it with turpentine, then apply anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with oxidation-resistant paint.
Cushion Fabric: The maintenance of fabric depends on various factors, such as the type of fiber, the construction of the fabric, and its use. Use a mild detergent suitable for the type of fabric. Avoid using bleach or whitening agents, as they can damage the fibers.

A way to judge a business is on the way they deal with problems.
I ordered 4 chairs and a table. All arrived within time so no problem there. Chairs were good. The table sadly was the wrong colour and damage on the leg. It wasn’t their fault it was from the manufacturer. The replacement was swift and service was professional.
Very happy with the quality and service.
Definitely recommend and will use again.
I wouldn't take much notice of the bad reviews. Can’t please everyone and I’m doubtful they are all legitimate.

Ordered some living room furniture shortly before xmas. Delivery was a little bit longer than their average time, but I expected that with all the public holidays. Furniture was in the sale and I am so impressed by the quality! Looks exactly like pictures and exceeded our expectations.
When I reached out to support to query something on a weekend I was very surprised they messaged me back immediately. Even out of hours. Great service!
