Material Information
Pocket Springs: Known as pocket coils or independent springs, these are a type of support mechanism used in mattresses. Unlike traditional connected springs, which are linked by wires, pocket springs are individually housed in fabric pockets. With a density ratio of 256 per m², they absorb vibrations and noises while providing customized elasticity across all support zones of the mattress.
Eucalyptus Wood: Sourced from Eucalyptus trees, native to Australia but cultivated in many countries for its fast growth and versatile uses. Eucalyptus wood is generally hard and durable, making it ideal for construction and furniture.
Fabric: Fabric is a versatile material created by weaving, knitting, stitching, or bonding fibers. These fibers can be natural, such as cotton, wool, or silk, or synthetic, such as polyester or nylon. The interlacing of these fibers creates a network that gives the fabric its properties, such as strength, softness, breathability, and elasticity. There are endless varieties of fabrics, each with its unique characteristics and uses.
PP, Polypropylene: Polypropylene is a thermoplastic material widely used in many sectors due to its excellent properties. It is lightweight yet highly impact-resistant, making it suitable for applications that require durability against impacts and friction. It maintains its properties even in high-moisture environments, making it perfect for use in humid areas.
Care Instructions
Eucalyptus Wood: To remove stains, use a mild cleaner and a soft cloth. For tough stains, you can use a mixture of water and vinegar.
Fabric: Fabric care depends on several factors, including fiber type, fabric construction, and use. Use a mild detergent appropriate for the fabric type. Avoid using bleach or whiteners, as they may damage the fibers.
PP Polypropylene: For regular cleaning, use a soft cloth or sponge lightly dampened with mild detergent and warm water. Gently wipe the surface with light pressure.

A way to judge a business is on the way they deal with problems.
I ordered 4 chairs and a table. All arrived within time so no problem there. Chairs were good. The table sadly was the wrong colour and damage on the leg. It wasn’t their fault it was from the manufacturer. The replacement was swift and service was professional.
Very happy with the quality and service.
Definitely recommend and will use again.
I wouldn't take much notice of the bad reviews. Can’t please everyone and I’m doubtful they are all legitimate.

Ordered some living room furniture shortly before xmas. Delivery was a little bit longer than their average time, but I expected that with all the public holidays. Furniture was in the sale and I am so impressed by the quality! Looks exactly like pictures and exceeded our expectations.
When I reached out to support to query something on a weekend I was very surprised they messaged me back immediately. Even out of hours. Great service!
