Material Information
Velvet: Velvet is a fabric with short, dense fibers, typically made from silk, cotton, or synthetic materials. It has a soft, smooth texture and a rich, glossy appearance. It is known for its density and softness.
Metal: Metal is widely used in furniture manufacturing, offering a range of advantages over other materials. It is highly resistant to wear and tear, making it ideal for furniture intended for daily use in demanding environments. It maintains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity for the furniture. In addition to the properties mentioned above, metal can have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).
Maintenance Instructions
Velvet: Use a soft brush or your vacuum cleaner with a soft-bristle attachment to gently clean the velvet. In case of a stain, wipe it with a soft cloth and lukewarm water, but rub the stain very gently without applying pressure to avoid pushing it deeper. Rinse the area well with clean water and let the fabric dry away from sunlight.
Metal: For any indoor metal, dusting or cleaning with a damp cloth regularly is recommended. However, if it is outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
For longer-lasting protection, apply a protective cream that can be easily obtained from commercial stores.
If your furniture is treated and painted with the powder-coating method (electrostatic painting), it is very durable and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
If your metal furniture is not electrostatically painted, take extra care to keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover it with special covers, and if possible, store it indoors during winter.
If you notice rust, remove it with turpentine, then apply an anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with oxidation-resistant paint.

A way to judge a business is on the way they deal with problems.
I ordered 4 chairs and a table. All arrived within time so no problem there. Chairs were good. The table sadly was the wrong colour and damage on the leg. It wasn’t their fault it was from the manufacturer. The replacement was swift and service was professional.
Very happy with the quality and service.
Definitely recommend and will use again.
I wouldn't take much notice of the bad reviews. Can’t please everyone and I’m doubtful they are all legitimate.

Ordered some living room furniture shortly before xmas. Delivery was a little bit longer than their average time, but I expected that with all the public holidays. Furniture was in the sale and I am so impressed by the quality! Looks exactly like pictures and exceeded our expectations.
When I reached out to support to query something on a weekend I was very surprised they messaged me back immediately. Even out of hours. Great service!
