Material information
Natural rattan: Natural rattan is a material derived from the rattan plant, which belongs to the palm family. It is an extremely elastic and durable material and can withstand use and weight without breaking easily. Rattan has a natural beauty and warm texture that makes it popular for furnishing and decorating outdoor and indoor spaces.
Fabric: Fabric is a versatile material made by weaving, knitting, stitching or bonding fibers. These fibers can be natural, such as cotton, wool or silk, or synthetic, such as polyester or nylon. The weaving of the fibers creates a network that gives the fabric its properties, such as strength, softness, breathability and elasticity. There are endless varieties of fabrics, each with their own unique characteristics and uses.
Maintenance instructions
Natural rattan: For its maintenance, cleaning with mild soap and water with a sponge is recommended. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight as this may cause discoloration or wear.
Fabric: The maintenance of fabric depends on several factors, such as the type of fiber, the construction of the fabric and its use. Use a mild detergent that is suitable for the type of fabric. Avoid using bleach or bleach as they can damage the fibers.

A way to judge a business is on the way they deal with problems.
I ordered 4 chairs and a table. All arrived within time so no problem there. Chairs were good. The table sadly was the wrong colour and damage on the leg. It wasn’t their fault it was from the manufacturer. The replacement was swift and service was professional.
Very happy with the quality and service.
Definitely recommend and will use again.
I wouldn't take much notice of the bad reviews. Can’t please everyone and I’m doubtful they are all legitimate.

Ordered some living room furniture shortly before xmas. Delivery was a little bit longer than their average time, but I expected that with all the public holidays. Furniture was in the sale and I am so impressed by the quality! Looks exactly like pictures and exceeded our expectations.
When I reached out to support to query something on a weekend I was very surprised they messaged me back immediately. Even out of hours. Great service!
