Material Information
PE Rattan: PE rattan, a popular material that mimics natural rattan, is commonly used in the construction of furniture and accessories. Made from polyethylene, a durable synthetic polymer resin, PE rattan is weather-resistant and does not degrade from exposure to sun or rain. It retains its color and does not fade, making it an excellent choice for both indoor and outdoor use. Additionally, PE rattan is environmentally friendly, contributing to sustainable practices in manufacturing and product longevity.
Metal: Metal is widely used in furniture construction, offering several advantages over other materials. It is extremely resistant to wear, ideal for furniture intended for daily use in a demanding environment. It maintains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity. Besides the properties mentioned above, metal can also have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).
Maintenance Instructions
PE Rattan: This material is easy to maintain and clean. Simply wash it with water and mild soap. Use a soft brush or cloth to gently scrub away dirt and debris. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry. Regular cleaning will help maintain its appearance and extend its lifespan.
Metal: For any indoor metal, dusting or wiping with a damp cloth regularly is recommended. However, for outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
For extended protection, apply protective cream, easily available in stores, to your metal furniture.
If your furniture is processed and painted with powder-coating, it is very durable and can be cleaned easily with a damp cloth.
If your metal furniture is not powder-coated, you need to be more careful and keep it away from water and humidity. You can cover them with special covers and, if possible, place them indoors during winter.
If you notice rust, remove it with turpentine, then apply anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with oxidation-resistant paint.

A way to judge a business is on the way they deal with problems.
I ordered 4 chairs and a table. All arrived within time so no problem there. Chairs were good. The table sadly was the wrong colour and damage on the leg. It wasn’t their fault it was from the manufacturer. The replacement was swift and service was professional.
Very happy with the quality and service.
Definitely recommend and will use again.
I wouldn't take much notice of the bad reviews. Can’t please everyone and I’m doubtful they are all legitimate.

Ordered some living room furniture shortly before xmas. Delivery was a little bit longer than their average time, but I expected that with all the public holidays. Furniture was in the sale and I am so impressed by the quality! Looks exactly like pictures and exceeded our expectations.
When I reached out to support to query something on a weekend I was very surprised they messaged me back immediately. Even out of hours. Great service!
