Material Information:

• MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard): MDF is a wood-based product. It is made by bonding wood fibers together using resins (glues) and compressing them with special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and offers greater strength. It also does not absorb moisture.
• Melamine (LPB – Low Pressure Melamine): LPB is a synthetic material widely used for the surface treatment of chipboard in furniture and surface manufacturing, due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied on substrates like MDF or OSB plywood to produce resistant surfaces.

Care Instructions:

• MDF: Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, dry the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it’s important to protect it from water. Wipe away any liquid immediately. Avoid using strong cleaners or chemicals, as they may damage the material.
• Melamine (LPB): To remove stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it should also be protected from water.
