How do you design restaurants, cafés and bars?
A restaurant or café has two jobs: make people want to come in, and make them comfortable enough to stay. We start with the concept and the customer you want to attract, then plan the seating so the room works at full capacity and still feels pleasant when it is half empty.
Furniture choice is where many hospitality fit-outs go wrong. Chairs that look good in a catalogue can be heavy to move, hard to clean or uncomfortable after an hour. We select seating, tables, bar stools and lighting for the daily reality of service, then source them at trade pricing through the B2B programme.

What is included in a commercial design proposal?
Every commercial project starts with a proposal tailored to the space and the brief. It includes:
- Layout ideas showing how furniture, seating and circulation work in the space.
- Moodboards with the style, colours and materials.
- An estimated furniture and décor budget, so you can plan before committing.
To prepare it, we need to know where the property is, what kind of business it is, roughly how large the space is, your timeline and your budget. Photos, plans or measurements help a lot. Once the proposal is agreed, we move to product selection with trade pricing, coordinate delivery across Cyprus and handle installation.
