Material Information:

• Particle Board: Known as chipboard, it is a composite wood material made from small wood pieces, usually pine or fir, bonded together under high pressure and temperature using resins. Widely used in furniture making, interior surfaces, and structural applications. Made from recycled materials, it is resistant to warping, abrasion, and other physical stresses.
• Melamine: LPB (Low Pressure Melamine) is a synthetic material widely used for surface treatment of particle board in furniture making and surfaces due to its durability and ease of maintenance. Applied to substrates like MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or OSB plywood, it produces durable surfaces.
• Steel: Steel is one of the most important and widely used metal alloys in the world. It is formed by mixing iron with carbon, with a carbon content of up to 2.14%. Besides carbon, steel may contain other elements like manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, and oxygen in small amounts to improve its properties. It is highly resistant to stress and strength, making it suitable for use in constructions, such as furniture.

Maintenance Instructions:

• Particle Board: For cleaning particle board, use a soft cloth slightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive use of water and keep the surface dry after cleaning.
• Melamine: One of the most well-known materials in the furniture industry is melamine. To remove stains from the surface, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it’s important to protect it from water.
• Steel: Use mild detergents and warm water. Avoid harsh cleaners as they may damage the product. Dry the surfaces thoroughly after cleaning to prevent water stains. For more stubborn stains, you can use special stainless steel cleaners.
