• Melamine (LPB): LPB (Low Pressure Melamine) is a synthetic material widely used in surface processing of chipboard in furniture and surface construction due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied to substrates such as MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or OSB plywood to produce durable surfaces.

•  Low-Pressure Laminate (LPL):  LPL Decor Paper is widely used for decorating surfaces such as furniture, doors, floors, and other interior decoration surfaces. It is a type of decorative paper impregnated with resins to make it durable and glossy. It is then applied to substrates like MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard) or plywood and processed under low pressure and heat to produce products like furniture surfaces. It is available in a wide variety of colors, designs, and textures that can replicate natural materials like wood, marble, and granite.

• Metal: Metal is widely used in furniture manufacturing, offering a range of advantages compared to other materials. It is highly resistant to wear and tear, making it ideal for furniture intended for everyday use in demanding environments. It maintains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity for the furniture. In addition to the properties mentioned above, metal can have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or conductivity (lead).

Maintenance Instructions:

• Melamine (LPB): One of the most well-known materials in furniture is melamine. To remove stains from the surface, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from water.

• LPL Decor Paper: Surfaces with LPL veneer are easy to clean with mild detergents and a soft cloth. It is recommended to avoid contact with liquid elements.
• Metal: For indoor metal surfaces, regular dusting or cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. For outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
  1. Apply protective cream to prolong the lifespan, which can be easily obtained from commercial stores.
  2. If the furniture is powder-coated, it is very durable and can be cleaned easily with a damp cloth.
  3. If the furniture is not powder-coated, it should be kept away from water and moisture. Use special covers and store indoors during winter if possible.
  4. If rust is observed, remove it with turpentine and then apply anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with oxidation-resistant paint.
