Material Information
PE Rattan: A popular synthetic alternative to natural rattan, made of polyethylene, a durable synthetic polymer resin. It withstands weather conditions, does not get damaged by sun or rain, and does not fade, while also being eco-friendly.
Metal: Widely used in furniture manufacturing, offering significant advantages compared to other materials. Extremely resistant to wear, ideal for everyday use in demanding environments. It maintains its shape and structure, ensuring stability and longevity. Some metals also feature special properties, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).
Fabric: A versatile material produced through weaving, knitting, stitching, or bonding fibers. Fibers can be natural (cotton, wool, silk) or synthetic (polyester, nylon). The weaving creates a network that gives the fabric its qualities such as strength, softness, breathability, and elasticity. There are countless varieties of fabrics, each with unique characteristics and uses.
Maintenance Instructions
PE Rattan: Easy to maintain and clean—requires only simple washing with water and soap.
Metal:
For indoor metal furniture, regular dusting or wiping with a damp cloth is recommended.
For outdoor metal furniture:
For extended protection, apply a protective cream available at stores.
If powder-coated (electrostatic paint), the surface is highly resistant and can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
If not powder-coated, keep away from water and moisture. Use protective covers and, if possible, store indoors during winter.
In case of rust, remove it with turpentine, then apply an anti-rust varnish before repainting with oxidation-resistant paint.
Fabric: Maintenance depends on fiber type, fabric construction, and usage. Use a mild detergent suitable for the fabric type. Avoid bleach or whitening agents as they may damage the fibers.

A way to judge a business is on the way they deal with problems.
I ordered 4 chairs and a table. All arrived within time so no problem there. Chairs were good. The table sadly was the wrong colour and damage on the leg. It wasn’t their fault it was from the manufacturer. The replacement was swift and service was professional.
Very happy with the quality and service.
Definitely recommend and will use again.
I wouldn't take much notice of the bad reviews. Can’t please everyone and I’m doubtful they are all legitimate.

Ordered some living room furniture shortly before xmas. Delivery was a little bit longer than their average time, but I expected that with all the public holidays. Furniture was in the sale and I am so impressed by the quality! Looks exactly like pictures and exceeded our expectations.
When I reached out to support to query something on a weekend I was very surprised they messaged me back immediately. Even out of hours. Great service!
