Material Information
PE Rattan: A popular material, imitation of natural rattan, used in the manufacture of furniture and accessories. Made from polyethylene, a durable synthetic polymer resin. It is weather-resistant, does not degrade from sun or rain, and does not fade, while also being environmentally friendly.
Metal: Widely used in furniture making, offering several advantages over other materials. It is extremely resistant to wear, ideal for furniture intended for daily use in demanding environments. It maintains its shape and structure impeccably, ensuring stability and longevity for furniture. Additionally, metal can have other properties, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).
Fabric: Fabric is a versatile material made by weaving, knitting, stitching, or bonding fibers. These fibers can be natural, like cotton, wool, or silk, or synthetic, like polyester or nylon. The weaving of the fibers creates a network that gives the fabric its properties, such as durability, softness, breathability, and elasticity. There are countless fabric varieties, each with its unique characteristics and uses.
Maintenance Instructions
PE Rattan: Easy to maintain and clean, requiring only simple washing with water and soap.
Metal: For indoor metal furniture, dusting or cleaning with a damp cloth at regular intervals is recommended. However, for outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
For extended protection, apply a protective cream available from commercial stores.
If your furniture is treated and painted with the powder-coating method (electrostatic painting), it is very durable and easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
If your metal furniture is not powder-coated, take extra care to keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover it with special covers and store it indoors during winter if possible.
If you notice rust, remove it with turpentine, then apply anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with oxidation-resistant paint.
Fabric: Fabric maintenance depends on various factors, such as fiber type, fabric construction, and its use. Use a mild detergent suitable for the fabric type. Avoid using bleach or whitening agents, as they may damage the fibers.

A way to judge a business is on the way they deal with problems.
I ordered 4 chairs and a table. All arrived within time so no problem there. Chairs were good. The table sadly was the wrong colour and damage on the leg. It wasn’t their fault it was from the manufacturer. The replacement was swift and service was professional.
Very happy with the quality and service.
Definitely recommend and will use again.
I wouldn't take much notice of the bad reviews. Can’t please everyone and I’m doubtful they are all legitimate.

Ordered some living room furniture shortly before xmas. Delivery was a little bit longer than their average time, but I expected that with all the public holidays. Furniture was in the sale and I am so impressed by the quality! Looks exactly like pictures and exceeded our expectations.
When I reached out to support to query something on a weekend I was very surprised they messaged me back immediately. Even out of hours. Great service!
