Material Information
Chipboard: Chipboard, also known as particleboard, is a composite wood material made from small wood pieces, usually pine or fir, bonded together under high pressure and temperature using resins. Widely used in furniture construction, interior surfaces, and structural applications. Manufactured from recycled materials, it is resistant to bends, abrasions, and other physical stresses.
Natural Rattan: Natural rattan is a material derived from the rattan plant, which belongs to the palm family. It is extremely flexible and durable, capable of withstanding use and weight without easily breaking. Rattan has a natural beauty and warm texture, making it popular in both indoor and outdoor furniture and decor.
LPL Decor Paper: Low-Pressure Laminate (LPL) Decor Paper is a material widely used for surface decoration, such as furniture, doors, floors, and other interior surfaces. It is a type of decorative paper impregnated with resins to become durable and acquire glossiness. It is then applied to substrates such as MDF or plywood and processed under low pressure and heat to produce products such as furniture surfaces. Available in a wide variety of colors, patterns, and textures that can replicate natural materials such as wood, marble, and granite.
Maintenance Instructions
Chipboard: To clean chipboard, use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive use of water and keep the surface dry after cleaning.
Natural Rattan: For maintenance, it is recommended to clean with mild soap and water using a sponge. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight, as this may cause discoloration or damage.
LPL Decor Paper: Surfaces coated with LPL are easy to clean with mild detergents and a soft cloth. Avoid contact with liquid elements.

A way to judge a business is on the way they deal with problems.
I ordered 4 chairs and a table. All arrived within time so no problem there. Chairs were good. The table sadly was the wrong colour and damage on the leg. It wasn’t their fault it was from the manufacturer. The replacement was swift and service was professional.
Very happy with the quality and service.
Definitely recommend and will use again.
I wouldn't take much notice of the bad reviews. Can’t please everyone and I’m doubtful they are all legitimate.

Ordered some living room furniture shortly before xmas. Delivery was a little bit longer than their average time, but I expected that with all the public holidays. Furniture was in the sale and I am so impressed by the quality! Looks exactly like pictures and exceeded our expectations.
When I reached out to support to query something on a weekend I was very surprised they messaged me back immediately. Even out of hours. Great service!
